Therapy is a collaborative process.
I provide trauma-informed counseling for preteens, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, overwhelm, life transitions, and the effects of difficult experiences. I practice through Your Inner Pathways Counseling and offer both in-person and telehealth sessions throughout Arizona.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s needs. I draw from evidence-based and experiential approaches including EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS-informed), and somatic approaches.
